Privacy notice.

This notice applies to visitors to hightravo.com and people who register interest in HighTravo through our early-access form. “HighTravo”, “we” and “us” refer to the team developing the HighTravo project.

The HighTravo homepage early-access form asks only for your email address. We record the email, signup date, privacy notice version, and optionally the UTM source from the signup page URL (for example, facebook). We do not collect other UTM parameters. We do not ask for government ID numbers, payment information, or sensitive personal details.

We use your registration details to:

• Record and manage your interest in joining HighTravo.
• Contact you about early access, launch updates, and next steps related to your registration.
• Respond to relevant questions and requests.

We do not intend to use the waitlist as a general advertising mailing list. Any broader promotional communications should be based on an appropriate choice or consent.

Early-access email addresses submitted on hightravo.com are stored in our Supabase database and received through a Supabase Edge Function. Website delivery, security and DNS services are provided through Cloudflare. These providers may process information needed to operate their services, potentially outside India, subject to applicable requirements and their service arrangements.

If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, we may also receive website usage measurements, such as page views and technical performance data, to understand how the site is being used. We do not currently offer user accounts or bookings on this site.

We keep early-access details only while reasonably needed to manage registrations, communicate about the launch, address requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We will review information as the project develops and delete details no longer needed for those purposes.

You can ask us what early-access information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your interest in receiving launch communications. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own registration before acting on it.

This early-access list is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please do not submit the form.

For now, you can send us a private message through our Facebook community page about a privacy request. Please do not post personal information publicly. We intend to provide a dedicated contact address as HighTravo grows.

We may update this notice when the website, waitlist, service providers or community features change. The date above indicates the latest published revision.
